Found something wrong?

If a fact on this site is wrong or out of date, we want to know. Fees, entry rules and payment limits change, and we sometimes miss the date they changed.

Email correction@mulanguide.com with the page URL and what needs fixing. Corrections to verifiable facts are usually made within a few days.

We do not remove a page because it is critical of a platform — only because it is factually wrong.

Thai-language feedback

We are not native Thai speakers. If a Thai sentence is awkward, incorrect, or unclear, we want to know — email the same address with the sentence quoted. Corrections to wording are as welcome as corrections to facts.

What we cannot help with

• Booking, changing, or cancelling a reservation
• Visa or entry eligibility decisions
• Lost property, refunds, or disputes with a booking platform
• Anything requiring us to handle your money or documents

We are a content site, not a travel agency. We do not act on your behalf with any platform.
